LEVEL 1 PRE-TRAINING
This is a pre-requisite for the Level I Teacher Training. It is a 6-day course, each day includes, one 90-minute GYROKINESIS® class and then a 2-hour session to assist the student to understand the exercises more fully.
The pre-training must be completed no more the 12 weeks prior to the enrollment in the GYROKINESIS® level 1 teacher training.
