GYROTONIC® Level 2 Pretraining
This course is intended to introduce a foundation of the Level 2 exercises to you in your body. This course is a prerequisite to participate in the Level 2 GYROTONIC® foundation course. Level 2 GYROTONIC® foundation course must be taken within 12 months of the pretraining to be valid.

GYROTONIC® Level 2 Foundation Training
This course will be given by GYROTONIC® Authorized Master Trainer Adrianna Thompson
Prerequisite – Certified level 1 GYROTONIC® trainer and GYROTONIC® Level 2 Pretraining within 12 months of date of foundation course.
The GYROTONIC® foundation level 2 course concentrates on deepening the understanding of the method in the participants body. It is for personal experience of the advance level of the method only, and a certificate is not issued.

Level 1 Workout and Creative Series Workshop
This course will consist of a 2 hour tower workout concentrating on the level 1 curriculum and a 3 hour workshop to learn the creative series exercises in your own body as well as the hands on techniques to teach them to clients.

GYROTONIC®
Certified Trainer Update
Prerequisite – Certified level 1 GYROTONIC® trainer
This update is considered part of the mandatory continuing education for the Certified Trainer and is necessary as part of the Trademark License Agreement between Certified Trainers and GYROTONIC® Headquarters. This update course must be taken every two years in order to keep the certification active and to extend the validity of the trademark License Agreement for another 2 years.
The course will:
Review foundation course exercises Introduction of possible new exercises to the Foundation course
Focus on the individual physical improvement of the certified trainer and/or
Focus on the application of basic hands-on and individual application according to the needs of the client.
3 Days 12 hours (4 hours per day)

Pre-Trainer Update
Prerequisite- Authorized Pre-trainer
The update is required every year as part of the mandatory continuing education of the Pre Trainer according to the Pre Trainer Contract between Pre Trainer and GYROTONIC® Headquarters.
The course consists of:
Update on possible new exercises in the Pre Training exercise list and the Foundation Course exercise list.
Physical refinement for the Pre Trainer Hands on/cueing refinement for the Pre Trainer
Update on administrative procedures
Update according to the Master Trainer Meeting topics of the same year, including discussion of the nature of GYROTONIC® exercises.
