The purpose of the Pre-Training Course is to teach students in their own bodies the exercises presented in the Foundation Teacher Training Course. Students must complete a minimum of twenty (20) to twenty-eight 28 hours in a GYROTONIC® Pre-training course.
The Pre-Training course will include a minimum of two (2) 60 minute classes in GYROKINESIS® methodology. Each student must have first-hand physical knowledge of all the exercises in the Pre-training Exercise List in order to be eligible to take a Foundation Teacher Training Course.
DATES OFFERED:
MELBOURNE: June 4th-9th, 2012.
Cost: $1050 AUD, 50 % deposit due April 27th, 2012. Deposit non refundable after May 3rd, 2012.
