This will be a 4.5 hour workshop open to both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructors and selective individuals. The purpose of this workshop will be to introduce the participants to an advanced format in conjunction with orchestrated music. Some time will be spent breaking down the exercises, and then experiencing the movements in their final format.
