GYROTONIC® Pre-Training

The GYROTONIC® Pre-training course consists of 6 days of learning a select sequence of the level 1 exercises in the individual's body. This course can be used as an intensive for clients, one does not have to continue into further instructor trainings if they are not interested in teaching the method.

The purpose of the pretraining is to teach students in their own body a specific selection of exercises from the Level 1 GYROTONIC® foundation teacher training curriculum. Students must have first-hand knowledge of all the exercises in the Pre-training exercise list and successfully complete this training of 30 hours of instruction to be eligible to enroll in a foundation teacher training course. This course can be given as 6 consecutive days or over two 3-day weekends.

GYROTONIC® Pre-pretraining and Pretraining courses are given by Dana Rader's team of GYROTONIC® authorized GYROTONIC® Pretrainers.

Prerequisite: minimum 10 GYROTONIC® method sessions. Student must be proficient with progression 1 of the level 1 curriculum, including homework series to enroll in the pretraining course. We do offer these sessions as a special pre-pretraining in a small group setting prior to our scheduled pretraining course. Please contact dana@energykinetics.com.au for more information.

    This course is being given over 2 weekends Friday - Sunday.

    This course will be given by authorized pretrainer: Weichen Cui.

    This course will be limited to six (6) participants so please book early to avoid missing out.

    If you require preliminary sessions to complete the prerequisite of learning the  progression 1 exercises prior to commencing the pretraining, there will be a pre-pretraining that Weichen Cui will offer March 6-8, 2026.  Cost is $800.00 AUD this is based on a minimum group size of 3 students.     Course cost plus studio fee $2000.00 AUD (Note all course fees have been increased by GYROTONIC® headquarters as of July 1, 2025).

    A 50% deposit of $1000.00 AUD is required by January 30, 2026 to reserve your spot in the training. Balance payment is due on the first day of the course March 20, 2026.
