CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you need to cancel your session, please do so as soon as possible before your scheduled session. This allows us time to be able to try to fit in clients that do not currently have a spot. Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session, with the exception that if you, anyone in your household or a close contact, are unwell or experiencing any Covid symptoms.

If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any Covid symptoms, please inform the studio accordingly (Ph: 95338400 or email:info@energykinetics.com.au) and stay home. If you know that you may have been exposed, kindly get tested and inform us of your negative Covid test result before resuming sessions.

If you are cancelling with more that 24 hours notice you can do so via our website by signing in and managing your booking via our website.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours need to be processed  via phone (Ph:  95338400).
