After 23 years of running her studio in Melbourne, Australia Dana Rader the sole owner and director of both companies has recently relocated to Northern New South Wales in 2025.
GYROTONIC® Melbourne still maintains a presence in Prahran, Vic., Dana however only conducts GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructor training courses from this location.
The exciting news is that SMT Dana Rader is now available to travel nationally and internationally and teach instructor trainings throughout the year.
In addition, Dana will continue to provide exercise physiology services as available and clinically required in both Prahran and Northern New South Wales.
My mission is to expose clients and instructors to a form of movement that encourages their sense of fun and playfulness, enhances their strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, whilst allowing them to release muscular tension and stagnation in their body.
