This course introduces teaching techniques and principal underlying the exercises of the GYROKINESIS® Level I curriculum. This course consists of 9 days of instruction as an intensive workshop and is given with a minimum of one break day. Each day consists of a minimum of 5 hours of instruction, the students will learn 2 complete GYROKINESIS® 2015 class formats in their entirety. The afternoon sessions will concentrate on dissection and exploration of the movements from the Level 1 exercise list and homework series.

The participants will teach each other in small groups, applying the information learned focusing on breath, rhythm, corresponding movements as well as verbal and hands on cueing. The course concludes with the participants teaching both GYROKINESIS® class formats. A certificate of apprenticeship, signed by Juliu Horvath, will be issued upon SUCCESSFUL completion of the course, enabling the students to teach GYROKINESIS® Level I classes.

PREREQUISITE:

GYROKINESIS® PRE-TRAINING COURSE, must have a valid qualification form signed by your pre trainer and GYROTONIC® headquarters to be presented on the first day of the course.
