GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-Training
This is a pre-requisite for the Level I foundation Teacher Training. It is a 6-day course consisting of 5 hours of instruction per day. The GYROKINESIS® format 1 class is taught in its entirety and the GYROKINESIS® format 2 class is introduced. The afternoon sessions are used to focus on the execution of the exercises as well as learning and embodying the principals of the method.
The pre-training must be completed no more the 12 weeks prior to the enrolment in the GYROKINESIS® level 1 foundation teacher training.
