GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-Training

Please note there is a suggested  prerequisite to participate in this pretraining course, which consists of a minimum of 10 hours of GYROKINESIS® level 1 introductory classes. These classes can be taken in person or on line. This pretraining course is a 6-day course consisting of 5 hours of instruction per day. The GYROKINESIS® format 1 class is taught in its entirety and the GYROKINESIS® format 2 class is introduced. The afternoon sessions are used to focus on the execution of the exercises as well as learning and embodying the principals of the method.

The pre-training course is a prerequisite to participating in the GYROKINESIS® level 1 foundation teacher training and must be completed no more then 12 weeks prior to the enrolment in the GYROKINESIS® level 1 foundation teacher training.

    This course will be given by GYROKINESIS® Authorized pretrainer Weichen Cui.

    Course cost including studio fee: Will be $2100 AUD a 50% deposit of $1050 AUD will be required by TBA to reserve your spot in the training. Balance payment is due on the first day of the course (by cash or transfer).
