GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-Training

lease note there is a suggested  prerequisite to participate in this pretraining course, which consists of a minimum of 10 hours of GYROKINESIS® level 1 introductory classes. These classes can be taken in person or on line. This pretraining course is a 6-day course consisting of 5 hours of instruction per day. The GYROKINESIS® format 1 class is taught in its entirety and the GYROKINESIS® format 2 class is introduced. The afternoon sessions are used to focus on the execution of the exercises as well as learning and embodying the principals of the method.

The pre-training course is a prerequisite to participating in the GYROKINESIS® level 1 foundation teacher training and must be completed no more than 12 weeks prior to the enrolment in the GYROKINESIS® level 1 foundation teacher training.

    Course fee payable to the SMT is $1050.00 USD.
