GYROTONIC® Apprentice Review

Prerequisite –GYROTONIC® apprentice status, your apprentice log, showing completion of the minimum client teaching hours as outlined below for each option of the apprentice review course 

The supervising master trainer will initial all supervised review hours on the apprentice's log sheet. However it is up to the discretion of the supervising master trainer to give the final signature on the log sheet to indicate the successful completion of the apprenticeship.

All supervised apprentice hours must be completed with one master trainer.


Note below the three options for completion of the apprentice supervised hours.

Option 1

    Note: You can take only Segment 1 if you are not ready to complete both segments at one time and complete Segment 2 at the later time, so you can mix and match the dates. 

    2 segments 3 consecutive days each, 5 hours per day, total 15 hours per segment.
    The apprentice must complete a total of 60 “teaching client hours” and 30 supervised apprentice hours with the same master trainer during the apprenticeship period.

    Segment #1:  3 consecutive days, 5 hours per day, total of 15 hours.
    Prerequisite for segment #1 – a minimum 20 “teaching client hours” documented in their apprentice log sheet.

    Segment #2:  3 consecutive days, 5 hours per day, total of 15 hours.
    Prerequisite for segment #2 – a minimum total of 40 “teaching client hours” documented in their apprentice log sheet.

    60 hours teaching clients + 30 hours supervised apprentice review = total 90 hours to complete the apprentice period and be eligible to participate in the level 1 certification course.

    There must be a period of at least 2 weeks between the last day of segment 2 of  the supervised apprentice hours and the first day of the final certification course.

    50% deposit is required to reserve your spot by TBA.  Balance of payment will be due on the first day of each segment of the training.

    6 consecutive days, 5 hours per day, total 30 hours

    Prerequisite:  30 “client teaching hours” documented in the Apprentice Log sheet.

    Students must bring their apprentice log sheet on the first day of the course.

    The apprentice must complete a total of 60 “teaching client hours” and 30 supervised apprentice hours with the same  master trainer during the  apprenticeship period.
    There must be a minimum period of at least 2 weeks between the last day of the supervised apprentice hours and the first day of the final certification course.

    Minimum total apprentice hours consist of:

    30 hours teaching clients

    6 days/30 hours supervised apprentice hours with one master trainer

    An additional 30 hours teaching clients

    60 hours teaching clients + 30 hours supervised apprentice review = total 90 hours to complete the apprentice period and be eligible to participate in the level 1 certification course.

    6 days, 5 hours per day, total 30 hours over 6 consecutive days.

    Times for this course will be 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM except for Sunday August 9 that will be 10:00 AM -4:30 PM.
