ENERGY KINETICS is the only studio in Australia to offer all disciplines of GYROTONIC® Level 1 & Level 2, GYROKINESIS® Level 1, GYROKINESIS® Happy Moves, GYROKINESIS® Lotus Blossom, GYROTONER™ Jumping Stretching Board and LEG EXTENSION Teacher Training.

GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® level 1 Instructor Training involves a five step process consisting of: pre-training, foundation training, apprenticeship, apprentice review and final certification.
