Class times are (Melbourne Australia time)
Saturday 9:30-11:00 AM
Saturday 11:30-12:30 beginner class series*
Monday 6:00-7:00 PM beginner class series*
Tuesday 10:00-11:30 AM
Wednesday 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Thursday 3:30-5:00 PM
Sunday 10:00-11:30 AM fortnightly starting April 26 format 2 and specialized formats for advanced students and teachers.
All classes are $20.00 or a block of 6 for $100.00 AUD

*Beginner classes are being done as a series 7 classes for $100 AUD they are a 60 minute class.
GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® method sessions are also available as 1:1 sessions in addition to Private Exercise Physiology consultations.
